An exceptional luxury new build development of seven 2 bedroom apartments, constructed to a very high standard, each with private outside space.

6 & 8 Brightfield Road

This development features two modern three-bedroom townhouses completed in 2021 on land bought for £570,000, with a total build cost of £500,000 and sales of £1.25 million.

Ordinges Place, Worthing

This project comprises two three-bedroom townhouses built in 2021 following approval for residential conversion and partial demolition, developed on land bought for £570,000 with total costs of £500,000 and sales of £1.25 million.

61 Springfield Road

This dilapidated, unmortgageable property lacked basic amenities, relying only on fireplaces for heat. Planning approval allowed a two-story rear extension and loft conversion to add two bedrooms and a shower room.

33 Springfield Road

Ex housing association house full of asbestos, no kitchen or bathroom. Complete renovation and rear infill extension.

Deora Place

  • A luxury new build development

  • Seven modern, 2 bedroom, eco-friendly apartments, each with private outside space and right to park parking.

  • Situated in Durrington, in the borough of Worthing.

  • Walking distance from the town centre.

  • Containing contemporary kitchens, private outdoor amenity space, and private parking available.

6 & 8 Brightfield Road, London SE12

  • Planning permission was granted for change of use to residential and partial demolition.

  • Erection of two x 3-bedroom townhouses over three floors in March 2019.

  • The Build commenced in July 2021 and completed in November 2021. ​

  •  The site was closed for 8 weeks during the first Covid period and the main contractors then filed for liquidation. Despite these challenges, new contractors were appointed and were on site within 6 weeks from mutual termination.

Ordinges Place, Worthing

  • Planning permission was granted on appeal in January 2021 (and s96a application granted in January 2022)

  • Change of use to residential, demolition of existing building and erection of 8 flats over four storeys.

  • Construction commenced in June 2022 and achieved practical completion in December 2023.

61 Spingfield Road

This unoccupied, unmortgageable property had fallen into extensive disrepair, with an outside toilet and inside, a butler sink being the only source of water in the house, fireplaces being the only source of heating. Planning was granted to add a two-storey rear extension together with a loft conversion to add two further bedrooms and a shower room.

  • ​The site footprint at Lancing Policy Station is very similar to the scheme Ordinges Place that the Council have already acquired from Capiamo.

36 Kingsthorpe Road, Hove BN3

  • Currently a single storey unit, with surrounding units being a large row of 3 storey townhouses to the left and a 6 storey flatted PD scheme to the right. Both these sites were originally commercial use and then developed to fully residential.

  • A planning application for a five storey, 14 unit flatted scheme has been submitted following a successful Pre-application meeting with Brighton & Hove Council.

Fullbeck Avenue,
Worthing

  • Construction of 32 x one bedroom apartments, which is the final block to be built of a five block scheme. The first four have been completed already.

  • The infrastructure is in place already, with all services already connected to the site. And all the Section 106, CIL and pre commencement planning conditions have been met, which will allow for a quick start on site.
