Emma Taylor-Moore
Emma was formerly a commercial solicitor, having practiced for many years in London, BVI, Anguilla and the Cayman Islands. Emma acted in international multi-jurisdictional disputes on a wide range of matters worth between £55m and £12.2bn, up to and post-trial.
Following her return to the UK in 2014, Emma has transitioned from law into property investment and development. Since the summer of 2016, she has undertaken a number of extensive refurbishment and brownfield developments in Sussex and South East London. Emma’s strengths lie in identifying buildings and development sites with potential for maximizing value.

Joint Managing Director
Tracy Ryder Richardson
Tracy has a strong business background as a business-to-business event organiser, responsible for raising sponsorship revenue from blue chip organisations.
From 2014 she embarked on a career in property, transforming numerous properties, often un-mortgageable, adding extensions and creating high end desirable living spaces. These properties have either been sold on or retained and let.
Following business-to-business commendations, Tracy has project managed complete refurbishments of a five storey house in Covent Garden and an apartment in Hatton Garden. From 2020 she joined forces with Emma Taylor-Moore, raising over £500,000 in private equity to launch their joint development business.

Mark Curle
Mark has held a number of high-profile Director roles including Divisional UK Plc Director for Galliford Try responsible for steering policy implementation and strategic planning for Partnerships Commercial Departments across the UK. Mark has interfaced with a variety of stakeholders in government and the housing sector to scale bespoke programs applicable to a vast range of circumstances. He has been instrumental in monitoring expenses and deriving process improvements to bolster quality and reduce overheads for companies.
