Planning permission was granted for change of use to residential and partial demolition.
Erection of two x 3-bedroom townhouses over three floors in March 2019.
The Build commenced in July 2021 and completed in November 2021.
The site was closed for 8 weeks during the first Covid period and the main contractors then filed for liquidation. Despite these challenges, new contractors were appointed and were on site within 6 weeks from mutual termination.

The Jefferson’s Lake House

Planning permission was granted on appeal in January 2021 (and s96a application granted in January 2022)
Change of use to residential, demolition of existing building and erection of 8 flats over four storeys.
Construction commenced in June 2022 and achieved practical completion in December 2023.
